We provide personalised guidance through:

• Numerology – life path, destiny and name readings, baby and business name guidance, compatibility and career guidance.
• Gemology – gemstone suggestions based on birth details and numerology, and guidance on wearing and caring for gemstones.
• Vaastu Shastra – guidance and non-structural remedies for homes, apartments, offices and commercial spaces.

Consultations are available in person in Chennai and online by phone or video call, subject to availability.

2. Nature of the Services and Disclaimer

• Numerology, Gemology and Vaastu Shastra are traditional and belief-based systems. Our guidance is offered for personal reflection and general well-being and is based on tradition and experience, not on scientific proof.
• We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome or timeline, including success in career, business, relationships, marriage, health or finances.
• Our guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or structural/engineering advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such matters.
• All decisions you make based on our guidance are your own responsibility.

3. Booking and Consultations

• You can book a consultation through the website, by phone, email or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm the date, time and fee with you.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information (such as full name, date, time and place of birth, and property details). The quality of guidance depends on the accuracy of the information you share.
• Please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may ask for reasonable notice, and may reschedule a session if circumstances require.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees for each service are communicated to you before the consultation and are payable as agreed at the time of booking (for example, in advance or at the time of the consultation).
• Fees are stated in Indian Rupees unless agreed otherwise and may be changed from time to time; the fee confirmed to you at the time of booking applies.
• Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are handled as agreed at the time of booking and considered fairly on a case-by-case basis. Fees for consultations already delivered are generally non-refundable.

5. Gemstones and Remedies

Gemstone, name-correction and Vaastu recommendations are suggestions only. Buying a gemstone or carrying out any remedy is entirely optional. We do not oblige you to purchase from any particular seller, and we are not responsible for the quality, authenticity or price of stones you purchase from third parties. Please obtain stones from a trusted, certified source and consult a medical professional before wearing any item if you have a health condition.

6. Confidentiality

We treat everything you share during a consultation as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not use your name, story or details publicly (for example in testimonials or social media) without your written permission.

7. Use of the Website
